Blood is Thicker than Water

Indeed that is a statement usually said when talking about the commitment of family. Well my family showed up last night!!!!!! I don't know what more to say! Our church and school had a blood drive for me yesterday (Tuesday) and from 2pm til 10pm there were people waiting in line. They had different stations set up to give blood, and plateletes, and something else. Our cafeteria looked like a triage. When we meet each other in the hallway now we just greet each other with "Hey Blood". I have never been so overwhelmed by love as I have been in this journey that I walk - no that we walk, because I am certainly not walking it alone. I love you, I love you, I love you and I so look forward to spending eternity with you all. As many of you know my entire family, all 9 of us, will be going on a cruise next week. Pray that I will not be a bump on the log but really able to enjoy everyone - especially my grand-kids! Upon my return we will begin radiation on my hip area for a couple weeks and then start a new type of chemo where I am on a three week regiment. I will have an infusion on the Monday of the first week and then for two weeks take a pill every day. Then I have a week off and start again. I believe that we have found that the greatest thing that is fighting the cancer is prayer!!!! Almost every day I find out about another group that is praying for me. Many have come to me and expressed how I am an inspiration to them, can I honestly tell you - you are an inspiration to me!!!! Thank-you so much for so much love!!!! Pastor Olsen

Dear pastor,
Tahnk you gor showing me that God is trully "good all of the time". It continues to amaze me how he can take a bad situation and turn it to good for his glory. He trully means only good for our lives. Thank you for allowing yourself to be a vessel of God. Though you are going down a difficult path God is turning it to good by blessing so many people who are watching and learning from your example. Your continued trust in God and refusal to give into the lies of Satan is strengthening all of us in our own walk. Well done oh good and faithful servant. We love you! We love you! We love you! God bless you this day, Anna

Hope you have a GREAT TIME on your cruise. I'm jealous, wish I was going with you, LOL. I pray you have the BEST time of your life with those who are the closest to you. You deserve it! I have a feeling that you will touch many more lives while on this trip. God is NOT through with you yet. I put your prayer cloth in the mail today, I hope you get it before you leave so you can take it with you. My pastor said to tell you to not give up, throw in the towel or feel that all hope is gone, if you do your giving place to the devil and that is what satan wants you to do so that he can take your life from you. You ALWAYS have hope! This prayer cloth was prayed over ferverently, by everyone at church that night, by spirit filled christians who believe in the healing power of Christ our Lord. Carry it proudly with you everywhere you go. It has been annointed with oil as well. When mom was so sick and almost died on 3 different occasions, we pinned these prayer cloths to her gowns, and if she didn't know anything else, our names, who we were, what year it was, she would wake up and want to know where her prayer cloth was. The prayers that was prayed over her and that cloth along with her faith is what I believe brought her through the deep dark valleys and almost death.

I LOVE YOU GUYS SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

Go, have a GREAT time with your family, touch more lives, contiue to wear that awesome smile with your chin up and your eyes fixed on HIM!

Give us an update as soon as you return or have Sherry to.

Love you always,
Terry

It's not surprising to me the outpouring response to your needs. While I was a teenager you poured yourself into everyone in the youth group at SouthSide, and I know that the same Eric and Sherry have continued touching lives for all the years since. Now it's time to let others help you, and that's the awesome thing about being in the family of God.
Our prayers continue and we love you both very much. Have a wonderful, joyful, and relaxing cruise.

Wow, I am continuously amazed at God's creation. Blood: There is certainly power in the blood. Your church family's blood will serve to sustain life. I pray each donor receives God's Blessing.
I pray that God provides you and your family with the best vacation ever.

Pastor Olsen: How AWESOME! I would have loved to have been there to see and be involved in your 'triage' ha
Praise the Lord.
God has reasons for things he brings each of us through. One is to bring people closer together and for those in your 'spot' to learn how much you are loved.
Our church here in Illinios is praying for you, I will give them an update.

You are the redeemed of the Lord.
Redeemed from spiritual death, from
poverty & sickness. Find at least 7 healing scriptures and meditate and speak them constantly. See your
self whole. Start preparing a sermon based on your miracle to be
preached from the pulpit at Sunset Chapel.Like Abraham do not consider your body or talk about the pain or problem. Give God The Glory & remember Phil: 4:4, 6-8.
Be Loosed From Your Infirmity Now!
We Love You & Stand In The Gap for You. Love, Sterling & Maria
