Getting Ready for Disney

Pastor had chemo yesterday. Today he is very tired and weak. He has done better this week with the chemo. Last week the chemo was really hard on him. This chemo's side effect is pain in different areas of your body. Well he has pain anyway so it made the pain intense. This week we did some prechemo things and it made chemo a little better. Pastor and I are believing for a miracle and I know it will happen. We are going to Disney next week with Ally and Chase. Ally is so excited she calls Papi almost everyday to talk about going. Please remember us in your prayers this next week that Pastor will be able to enjoy this trip with our grandchildren. One of the great blessing of this trip is that there is a tremendous healing revival happening in Lakeland at this time so we are planning to make it over there and have Eric prayed for. Pray for us, as it would be great to to come back healed by the Lord. We are so blessed by your blogging. We are amazed that some of you have found us. We love each of you and know that God has a plan! Sherry

I can't wait till you guys get back to tell of Eric's complete healing. Drew has a frequent flyer ticket saved especially for me so I can fly to Florida to be there when Eric gives his testimony to his congretation. I love you guys and will continue to be praying for you. I will be standing with you in faith knowing God will bring a complete and total healing!

Have fun at Disney and enjoy those beautiful grandbabies!

There in spirit, there in prayer ..
Knowing God is everywhere.
A time for healing in His midst,
A time for prayer not to be missed.
Thanking Him for everything ...
In praise and worship we will sing!
For Christ in His adoring love,
Is watching all from heav'n above.

Love ya, bro!

Just last week Lucia (6) asked me that she needed to get back to Disney because her authograph book has only Minnie and Mickey on it. I think she has a point :)

Enjoy the trip and get prayed for. We are trying to get as many brothers and sisters in the Lord to pray for you as we can. We believe in miracles.

The online video clips from the Masters have been a valuable ministry tool. Yesterday I shared on Psalm 23 with our Wed Night men group and then watched the clip on Channel 6. It was a great blessing to all.

Have a blessed trip. Love,

Alberto and Patricia

"When you pass THROUGH the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass THROUGH the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk THROUGH the fire, you will not be burned, the flames will NOT set you ablaze." (Is. 43:2 NIV)

Sometimes the Lord will lead us to the fire, and sometimes around the fire, but sometimes He makes us walk through the fire. As we pass through those flames we are assured of these two things: 1) He IS with us, and 2) we are going THROUGH and will come out on the other side. Our clothes may smell of smoke, but it is just the smell of the Refiner's fire.

As is obvious by the comments being left on your blog, you are loved by many and have touched many lives. I am proud to be counted among that "many."

Continued Prayers,
A StL Friend :-)

God keeps telling me to believe, and that is what I will keep on doing as if my own life depended on it. I love both of you very much and will continue to pray and fight for you.

Have a great time at Disney, as we know it is the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! Have a fabulous time with your grandkids at the Boutique, I know you guys will love it! We love you lots.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to god. - Philippians 4:6

Eric and Sherry, We are praying for you every day. It would be great to see you, but I don't think that will happen.I can't get off work now, and I know now you want to be together as a family. We just pray the Lord will be your strength and peace. We continue to pray for a miracle, but may the Lord's will be done. You both are loved by many people. We love you all so much. Please tell your kids hi from us. I keep in touch with Connie and your blogs. Just know we are there in spirit giving you all hugs abd prayers. Take care and I will write again.
